It looks like my 360Flex Preso Video was finally released. Although I think I gave a great presentation, I do not think it turned into a great video. But, hopefully you'll find something useful from this. Definitely weird to see the Adobe Logo plastered over this; I'd swear it wasn't there on the presentation I reviewed.

Wow the logo is much bigger then it should be there. Not good. I will get that cut by 50%, this was an error on our part.

I can't help you w/ that. Even if I did have access, YouTube cuts off the videos at the 10 minute point. I understand they have an agreement w/ Brightcove for this stuff; but I have no idea of the specifics.
You should be able to get the videos through AMP; Ted had wrote about how to do this a while ago:
