I decided to create a repository and add the site files. There are 11450 files and 203 megs of information. I suspect (but don't actually know yet) that most of these files are unused images. Right now, ~2600+ have been added. I guess this is going to have to work overnight. Is it going to be worth it? It might take me longer to add the files than it will to do the maintenance changes.
