Ivan Hoffman is an intellectual property lawyer who occasionally writes articles for his web site. He just posted one, which talks about making money from your intellectual property. Intellectual property could be a song, or a program you wrote, or a book, etc.. etc..

It's a good read (but be forewarned, he is a lawyer and his posts often read like they were written by a lawyer )
